National Resources, a dynamic real estate development and investment firm, specializes in revitalizing corporate and industrial sites. They engaged Mermaid, Inc. to develop a website and branding that not only showcased their three main areas of investment but also distinctly set them apart from a typical real estate developer's website.
In homage to National Resources' dedication to sustainability, we designed three unique tokens. These feature edgy, graffiti-style art they commissioned on the exteriors of industrial sites they've transformed, symbolizing their investment sectors. These tokens have become a central element of their brand identity.
Mermaid has been instrumental in elevating National Resources' presence through a range of creative services. Our contributions span award-winning branding, logo creation, web design, brochures, collateral, signage, eBlasts, and advertising campaigns for their corporate projects, two residential communities, three commercial campuses, and 11 residential buildings within these developments.
