National Resources, a real estate and investment firm, engaged Mermaid, Inc. to create the Phase II brand identity and marketing materials for One Lighthouse Way, their luxurious townhome development located on the Hudson River.
We developed an intricate brand pattern inspired by the iconic lens of a lighthouse, infusing it with a color palette that captures the essence of sun, sky, water, and the lush gardens of the exquisite One Lighthouse Way development.
This distinctive pattern became a cornerstone of the branding, woven into all collateral materials to unify the visual identity and evoke the serene, natural beauty of the development's surroundings.
